• Vaccination cards must be up to date.

• Invoices are to be paid in full prior to arrival, failing which we will cancel the booking.

• Should it be necessary for your dog/s to be seen by a vet, all the disbursements sustained by AVK will be for the owner’s account and will need to be reimbursed to AVK on presentation of invoice.

• Should any changes in arrival/pick-up dates & times and cancellations occur, we will do our best to comply.
