Please Note

Vaccination cards must be up to date.
Invoices are to be paid in full prior to arrival, failing which we will cancel the booking.
Should it be necessary for your dog/s to be seen by a vet, all the disbursements sustained by AVK will be for the owner’s account and will need to be reimbursed to AVK on presentation of invoice.
Should any changes in arrival/pick-up dates & times and cancellations occur, we will do our best to comply.
